Cancellation
At Velvet Kitty, all clients are required to submit a minimum 25% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be responsible for an additional 50% no-show fee based on the scheduled service total.
